Uphill Treadmill Walk 10 minutes
Start with incline at 1.0 and increase by .5 every 30 seconds until time is completed.
Speed may increase or decrease as long as you DO NOT hold onto rails. Unless you need a tow rope to walk up a hill in the real world...you absolutely should not be using the hand rails to walk on the treadmill.
Hoist Machine Leg Circuit:
3 super sets
Leg Press x 12
Leg Extension x 12
3 Super sets
Inner Thigh x 15
Outer Thigh x 15
3 Super Sets
Hamstring Curls x 12
Treadmill Tabata Run
Double your walking pace
Set treadmill at 10-15 incline
Run uphill for 20 seconds
Grab Rails and Straddle Belt for 10 seconds
Repeat for a total of 8 intervals (4 minutes)
