Sprint Intervals

Set treadmill incline at .05

Warm up with 5 minute jog

Run .25 miles

..and by run, I mean hustle...move quickly, at an uncomfortable pace that you can not hold for much longer than .25 mile.

**Rest the amount of time it takes you to run .25 miles

REPEAT 4 TIMES

Cool Down with a 5 minute jog
