GET Warm:

Row 1kg easy pace

3 rounds easy pace

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats

3 super sets

12 Rear Delt Flies

12 Bicep Curls, Hoist Machine

3 super sets

12 Flat Bench Press

12 Triceps Push Downs, Hoist Machine

*Rest 30-45 seconds between each super set

Row Repeats

As far as possible in 8 minutes

Rest 3 min

As far as possible in 6 minutes

rest 2 min.

As far as possible in 4 minutes

rest 1 min.

As far as possible in 2 minutes
