5 passes all the way down the long hallway from Sauna room to Cardio Room: Walking Lunges w/ dumb bells

5 sets of 10 Leg Extensions

5 sets of 10 Leg Curls

5 sets of 20 Calf Raises

5 sets of 10 Single Leg Bridges

Super Set:

5 sets of 10 sit ups

5 sets of 10 Back Extension

Rest 1 minute before next super set

3 sets of 30 second efforts: Flutter Kicks
