These are all performed with very light wieghts, 3 to 8 pound dumb bells.
A)
5 sets:
(sit on bench without back support)
rest 45 seconds between sets
B)
Repeat the following sequence 4 times:
Against a 2 minute running clock, complete:

Push Ups x Max Reps
Record how many push ups are completed in each set.
Rest 2 minutes between each set.
Treadmill Uphill Walk 20 minutes
Speed 2.5
Incline Goal 13
Build up to 20 solid minutes of uphill walking without holding onto rails. Lower the incline if needed to complete this task.
