Warm Up
5 minutes of easy eliptical speed
5 minutes moderate eliptical speed
3 rounds of quality reps:
10 Push Ups
20 Triceps Push Downs
Today is a stamina and endurance day. It's also a restorative day. We are letting those joints take a little break....but it is not a rest today. Push the pace, you should not be able to hold a conversation while performing any of these exercises. Crank up the music and go for it!
3 Rounds as fast as possible:
500 meter row
.5 mile Run (Treadmill incline .05)
1 mile Bike
